On 9"x19" authentic bovine skull with teeth.
Upon inspecting the skull after it was shipped from Kansas it was discovered that an abandoned wasp's nest was inside the cranial cavity. We decided that it should be permanently apart of the artwork. It was then painted with fluorescent enamel and sealed with clear lacquer to help preservation.
Gouache, enamel and fluorescent acrylic was used for the work on the remaining areas of the skull. The art piece reacts to UV blacklight and is coated in clear enamel.
